Process and timeline
Once we’ve discussed your brand and business goals, I get right to it! My design process typically looks like this…

The more prompt and detailed your feedback is, the quicker we can bring your dream logo to life!
Revisions and feedback
I start by aligning on your logo’s direction to ensure the initial three designs are spot-on. Once you select your favorite, you’ll have three rounds of revisions where you can suggest any changes – from color tweaks to size adjustments. To streamline the process, please compile all your feedback into one email per revision round. My aim is to blend your vision and best design practices to create a logo you love and that truly resonates with your audience.
Deliverables
I hook you up with a deluxe file suite, complete with AI, JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, WEBP, and SVG files. If you need more specific file types, they can be provided, too!
Ownership
You’ll have 100% ownership of the final logo design! Once the files are delivered, they’re all yours to do as you wish. The only right I retain is being able to show the final logo in my portfolio and marketing.

We don’t directly assist with trademarking but here are some helpful resources to secure your logo’s trademark:
Contracts
View my standard logo design contract here. Before any work is started, we both must sign and agree to its terms.
All projects require a nonrefundable 50% downpayment. The remaining 50% is due after your final approval and before finalized files are delivered. For payment, I accept all major credit cards.
Payments
I accept:
Cards: Any credit or debit card bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo.
Mobile wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Afterpay:
All projects require a nonrefundable 50% downpayment. The remaining 50% is due after your final approval and before final files are delivered.

Rush orders
Rush orders are any logo design jobs that must be finalized and delivered in less than 30 days. A 25% rush fee will be added to the project.
Cancellations
Our goal is a streamlined and enjoyable process that leads to a logo design you love. But if you’re unhappy for any reason, you can cancel the project for a fee of 25% of the remaining total balance.
